Jennifer Cho concentrates her practice on workers’ compensation defense litigation. Ms. Cho has extensive experience in workers’ compensation insurance defense litigation as her primary experience has been in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Cho represents insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. Ms. Cho prides herself on providing excellent service and responsiveness to all clients and providing practical, legally sound advice for quick resolution of all matters. She develops appropriate litigation strategies for each case in order to move cases toward closure.

Ms. Cho received her B.A. from Boston University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. She is licensed to practice in both California and Hawaii.
